How to Cancel Your Order:
You have the right to cancel your order within 1 hour of receiving the confirmation email. To do so, follow these steps:
- Locate the “Changed Your Mind?” section in your confirmation email.
- Use the provided link to cancel your order directly.
Cancellations After 1 Hour:
If more than 60 minutes have passed since your order confirmation, we may not be able to cancel it directly. However, you can still contact us at contact@choragic.com, and we’ll be happy to explore alternative solutions.
Accidentally Canceled Order:
If you unintentionally canceled your order but still want the items, the easiest option is to place a new order through our checkout process.
Confirmation of Cancellation:
After successfully canceling your order through the confirmation email link, you’ll receive a separate email confirming the cancellation.
